Access: You cannot sell, rent, share, or transfer access to our website. Cosmetology schools may not access, share, or use the content of this site in class or share it with groups of students.
By accessing and using this course website (“Website”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, including our policy on the termination of access for users found to be creating a course of their own, which contains copyrighted material from this course or is in direct competition with this course.

Verifying your Account: When registering for a product or service, Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy may ask you to verify your identification through various means. We require you to upload a photocopy of your state driver’s license and cosmetology/nail technician license. Securing Your Account: To keep our services and confidential information, such as licenses, etc., safe, you are bound to secure your account with a strong password.
One Account Per Person: You can have only one account on our website, and each account is authorized to be used by a single user.
Sharing an Account: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account details with any third parties.
Abuse Notification: You must inform Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy immediately if you get adequate information that your account has been hacked or if you get information about the unauthorized usage of your account.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate their access to this Website immediately without notice or refund. Termination of access may include disabling accounts, revoking course access, and taking legal action as deemed necessary. The perk of maintaining access is NOT guaranteed unless the terms and conditions are followed.

What Information We May Collect:
Name and email addresses submitted by the user by using a contact form. User registration email when you create an account. User email when you complete a purchase. A cookie that remembers a user’s name or email address may be added to any instance unless you change your cookie settings. Your information will not be sold or given to any 3rd party company. Your information is used solely in conjunction with your interaction with our company. You will receive automatic emails from our site when you create an account, request a password reset, or have trouble completing your purchase. You will receive emails from our company if you join our email list. You may be automatically added to the course email list if you purchase a course.
APP Services:
Using our app, a cookie that remembers a user’s name or email address may be added to any instance. Your information may be used to show the most relevant ads you may benefit from.
Network Map
Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy holds complete authority to add or deprecate any services according to its sole discretion without any prior notice. Including removing listings from the Network Map without a refund if we feel the graduate no longer holds the principles taught in the course or crosses an unbecoming line of professionalism. This includes not following state board rules and regulations to work in a licensed establishment and to maintain liability insurance to protect the public. Graduates have the opportunity to be listed on the Global Meticulous Manicurist Network map for a fee. The fee may change year to year. It is our goal to keep the expenses minimal. We are always on the lookout for a less expensive map option. The decision to remove a listing may be based on client reviews and continually not following what this course teaches. The map is NOT included in your payment for the course purchase.
Deceptive Practices
Attempting to use the Meticulous Manicurist eduction or network for self promotion and not following the education practices of the company will result in removal of the course from the account and the network map. You must maintain all legal requirements of the profession to keep access to the eduction. You must work in a licensed establishment. This includes home salons and mobile salons. You must maintain liability insurance. You must maintain product liability insurance if you are selling your own product line. You must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the FDA for product labeling if you are selling your own product line.
Private Facebook Group
Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy holds complete authority to add or delete membership to the private Facebook Group according to its sole discretion without any prior notice. Being a part of the private group is not part of your payment for the course.
CODE OF CONDUCT
By taking The Meticulous Manicurist course and becoming part of the Meticulous Manicurist Network, I expect you to operate in the utmost professional manner.
Clients who seek you out through the network have expectations about the type of service they will be receiving. If you don’t plan on offering similar services or trying to meet those expectations, it is your responsibility to make that clear on your website and advertising.
It is your responsibility to handle client complaints immediately and address all the client’s concerns. When client concerns are not addressed, it reflects poorly on us as a network.
There is no place for inappropriate behavior, actions, or sexual harassment. I/we have worked hard to establish ourselves as professionals worthy of our client’s trust. Such behavior/actions will result in immediate removal from the network.
Clients may have approached me to address problems when the provider has not met these standards. As individual operators, you will conduct business as you see fit. But, If you are operating in a manner that is not up to the standards of what is taught in the course, you may be subject to removal from the network map without notice.
Online Store: Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy shall allow you to purchase courses through the online store. Any item shall be sold under a specific license, and each item you buy will be associated with a unique license key. The courses are individual to your account and may not be shared, copied, or distributed to anyone other than the owner of your account.
PAYMENTS
For all the services and products offered by Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy, you will have to pay the specified fees published on the respective websites occasionally. The payment shall be made via different available payment modes, and in any case where you purchase a subscription, the billing shall be made under a recurring subscription.
Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy may, from time to time, determine or update the pricing for particular products and services. If you purchased the course during the introductory period and want to convert the purchase to lifetime access, please contact me to discuss the option.
All Global Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy courses are sold with a Lifetime access pass to said product purchased.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
In short, when you choose the installment payment option, you can access the course with the promise of paying the full amount over the payment period. If your payment fails, you will need to add another payment option, or you will lose access to the course and must pay a late fee and/or the balance in full to regain access to the course. If your payment is not made by the promised date and you don’t fulfill your purchase obligation within the first missed month and do not contact us to discuss payment arrangements, you will lose access to the course. Full payment of the course obligations must be made before the end of the billing commitment. To regain access to the course, a new purchase must be made. Access to the network map is available when the payments are complete.
Failed Payment
If for some reason, your payment fails at the initial purchase or payment installment, please login to your course and change your payment method. You will receive an email stating your payment failed. It is your responsibility to contact us to make payment arrangements. The course will automatically be removed from your account when the payment fails. If your payment is more than two weeks late, you will lose all access to the course permanently and will have to repurchase the course.
REFUND POLICY AND COURSE CANCELLATIONS
We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. Our course content is proprietary and cannot be returned. By purchasing a course and course kits, you agree the:

The fullest extent of the law will be implemented to recoup the financial loss from using or duplicating any of my content. You may not use my business’s copyrighted font or name in your website or advertising. You may use the logo that was designed for graduates and say you are a graduate of the course. You may not refer to yourself as the Meticulous Manicurist. You can say you are a graduate of The Meticulous Manicurist Pedicure course and a member of The Meticulous Manicurist Network.
