Introduction:  
The Meticulous Manicurist Methods are designed to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and client satisfaction. As a graduate of this program, you are part of an elite network committed to these principles. This agreement outlines your responsibilities and the expectations for maintaining the quality and reputation of the Meticulous Manicurist network.

Purpose:  
The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that all graduates of the Meticulous Manicurist Nail Academy and training program adhere to the high standards of care and service expected by clients. This agreement aims to maintain the integrity and reputation of the Meticulous Manicurist network and provide consistent, quality care to clients. I understand that I do not have to be listed on the referral map to utilize the education provided in the course. I understand that I can join the Meticulous Manicurist Map Placement at any time if I feel I need more practice before accepting referral clients.

Definitions:

• Meticulous Manicurist Methods: The specific techniques, procedures, and standards taught in the training program.
• Network: The community of professionals who have completed the Meticulous Manicurist Methods training.
• Graduate Referral Map: A directory of graduates who adhere to the Meticulous Manicurist Methods, used for client referrals.

Agreement Terms:

1. Commitment to Standards:
   – I agree to follow the Meticulous Manicurist Methods as taught in the training program.
   – I understand that these methods are designed to ensure the highest standards of care and client satisfaction.
   – I understand that not using the tools, techniques, or soaking the feet can cause clients to complain and result in my removal from the map without notice.
   – I will clearly state on my website if I do not soak feet and ensure that clients who find me through the network map are informed of this before their appointment, allowing them to decide if they still wish to book.

2. Client Care:
   – I will prioritize client safety, comfort, and satisfaction in all services provided.
   – I will consistently apply the techniques and procedures learned in the training to all relevant services.

3. Professional Conduct:
   – I will maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the reputation of the Meticulous Manicurist network.
   – I will engage in continuous learning and improvement to enhance my skills and knowledge.
   – I understand clients are looking for the level of care they see performed online by the Meticulous Manicurist and will strive to follow those standards and develop my skills.

4. Quality Assurance:
   – I will ensure that my work environment and tools meet the hygiene and safety standards as taught in the program.
   – I will seek feedback from clients and use it constructively to improve my services.

5. Adherence to Methods:
   – I understand that deviations from the Meticulous Manicurist Methods that result in client complaints or dissatisfaction will reflect poorly on the network and will not be tolerated.
   – I acknowledge that failing to adhere to these methods can result in my removal from the graduate referral map without notice and the cancellation of the map subscription.

6. Network Integrity:
   – I agree that being listed on the Meticulous Manicurist referral map is a privilege that comes with the responsibility to uphold the network’s standards.
   – I accept that if I am found not adhering to these standards, I may be removed from the referral map at the discretion of the network administrators.
   – I understand that if I am removed from the map due to client complaints, I will not defame the company for my mistakes and understand I can be held liable and sued for any attempt to harm the company’s reputation or business.
