**FINAL STEPS TO PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE
THEN GET LISTED ON THE NETWORK MAP IF YOU CHOOSE TO.

Please read thoroughly.

I am so excited to add your information to the map. Before I do so, I need a few things from you.

First-
Towards the bottom of this page, under the “Assignments”, you must upload a copy of your nail technician license, a copy of your driver’s license, and a copy of your liability insurance. This is to prevent any identity fraud, and so we are not advertising nail technicians who are not who they say they are. ***We have to approve the assignment manually and will do so once we receive your email with your contact info and verify the licenses.*** Once approved, you will be redirected to the course page and will be able to download your certificate from there.

IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO GET LISTED ON THE NETWORK MAP UPLOAD YOUR ID, LICENSE AND EMAIL US FOR APPROVAL TO PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE. WHEN YOU’RE READY YOU CAN PURCHASE THE MAP SUBSCRIPTION AND SEND US PROOF OF INSURANCE.

NOTE: If you plan on working out of your own house, you must have a facility or establishment license from your state.
NOTE FOR NON-U.S. RESIDENTS: We understand licensing in another country is different and oftentimes does not require a manicurist license. Please provide your personal ID so we can still match your identity.

PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOCOPY OF THE LICENSES TO THIS MODULE AS AN ASSIGNMENT. Unless you are having issues with uploading, do NOT email the photocopies. This helps us stay organized & have everything in one central location.

Here is the link to make your payment for the map subscription. As the Terms and Conditions state, your course must be paid in full to be listed on the map. Contact me, Lori, if you want to pay your balance off early and I can arrange that. After purchasing the map subscription, you will be able to download a “Meticulous Manicurist Stamp of Approval” for you to use on your website, social media, etc.

NOTE TO STUDENTS WHO RESIDE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:
You do not need to provide a professional license, but we do ask you to provide a form of ID (such as a driver’s license) so we can still verify your Identity.

BUT WAIT– THERES ONE MORE THING!
After you email my assistant and she approves your licenses, you will be able to download your certificate. Once you download your certificate, we require you to upload it to your social media accounts in order to be listed on the GMMA map.
